From the moment you arrive, you will find yourself greeted by a friendly staff to check you in, offer you some refreshments, and get you started on a journey towards relaxation and renewal.

As your pampering begins, the technicians you encounter will discuss each step of the process with you.  You will be informed of what products and techniques are being used and most importantly, why! It is our professional responsibility to see that you leave with the knowledge and products you need to maintain your look and feel between visits.  As your visits ends, a salon coordinator will assist you in scheduling your future visits and take care of any other needs you may have.

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive five minutes before your hair appointment and ten minutes before your spa service to fill out necessary forms.  Arriving late for any service may require us to shorten the length of service, change the technician or reschedule the appointment.
Confirmations calls are a courtesy & we make every effort to call 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

We ask that you please notify us at least 24-hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.  A credit card number is required to hold your reservation for the R&K Signature Spa package.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates may be purchased for any amount. Certificates are good for one year from the date of purchase & are non-refundable. 

SPECIAL EVENTS/WEDDINGS

Allow our special event coordinator to customize any wedding, birthday party anniversary, or event that requires special planning.  Consultations are required to ensure your special day is perfect. 

RETAIL POLICY

We proudly offer high quality professional salon products for your at home use.  Products may be returned within 14 days for salon credit.  Due to health regulations we can not refund hair & make-up brushes, make-up and nail polish.

We accept cash, check, Visa and MasterCard.  All prices are subject to change without notice.

All our services are guaranteed with home use of stylists’ recommended professional products.  Please notify the salon immediately of any dissatisfaction.  We will make every effort to ensure your happiness.
